Services provided through our "Preventive Health Program" are not reimbursed to any extent by health insurance. All services have been arranged on a reduced-cost basis to make the program as affordable as possible.

Not all patients will undergo every diagnostic test listed previously. In fact, most will undergo about a half dozen. Typically, the total cost will run approximately $600; however, depending on the extent of services the doctor recommends, your price may range between a minimum of $300 to a maximum of approximately $1000 (at the time of this printing.) The fee charged includes a summary letter to the patient and, if necessary, a follow up discussion with Dr. Rahbar. Unless arrangements are made in advance, full payment to Dr. Rahbar will be due at the time of service.

All services are provided at Dr. Rahbar's office building by Dr. Rahbar or other specialist physicians also affiliated with Century City Hospital.
