Our records show that for over ten years we have worked effectively with several hundred insurance companies and/or claims centers. We are not members of any HMO plans.

The comprehensive list is too large to be included here. If you are not sure whether our office is a member provider of your insurance plan, or whether we can accept the fee schedule of your health insurance carrier, please call our office with the name of your insurance company and their customer service telephone number. This information is usually available somewhere on your card. You may also fax this information to us. Once we receive it, we will try to reply to you within one working day.
