For more than ten years, Dr. Rahbar has been involved with Medical- Legal cases. They have ranged from workers' compensation cases, including treating and consulting physician, to AME and QME evaluations, personal injury, medical malpractice, and product liability. He has been involved with both plaintiff and defense cases. He has expressed expert opinion after medical record review and has performed disability evaluations for insurance carriers.

Dr. Rahbar has been deposed as an expert witness on numerous occasions. Several times, his deposition testimony has led to the near-immediate resolution of the dispute.
