Welcome to Our Preventive Health Program:
Introduction
The purpose of our "Preventive Health Program" is to provide a comprehensive evaluation of a person's general health in order to identify those potential health-related areas where early intervention may either prevent or change the outcome of an illness.
This program is designed for those individuals who take their health very seriously and do not wish to be constrained in their health maintenance by the restrictions generally imposed by third-party payers. These individuals want to know the complete current status of their health for maximum preventive benefit, or early problem detection. Our program entails numerous state-of-the art evaluations provided in a cost-effective and timely manner.
The program is ideal for individuals concerned with high performance, both mentally and physically. It is equally beneficial to those people who lead active, yet somewhat physically sedentary lives.
Patients see the physician privately in pleasant office surroundings. As part of the program, your visit to our office will include a consultation and examination with Dr. Rahbar followed by a series of screening tests. We make every effort to accommodate all the screenings in one session.
When all your test results have been reviewed, Dr. Rahbar will send you a written summary that you can take to your primary care physician. If you do not have a primary care physician, you are welcome to discuss the need for further medical care with Dr. Rahbar, who, as an internist affiliated with Century City Hospital, can act as your primary care physician.
