• Retainer as your consultant: $2450.00
• Hourly Rate for medical record review: $350.00
• Deposition: $500/hour. Minimum of 2 hours is reserved.
• Court Appearance: $2500/half a day; $4500/all day paid in advance
• Medical Legal Report: (optional)
• Payment method & terms: Attorney-client trust account or attorney’s business checking. We do not accept payment from attorney’s client. Responsibility of payment lies solely with the attorney. Funds due upon receipt of medical records or commencement of work. After 30 days a 1.5-% finance charge applies to balance. Parties agree to follow Dr. Rahbar’s terms and conditions for deposition or court appearance. See accompanying terms & contracts.
• Attorney’s Fees: In the event of a dispute, attorney and court fees are payable by the losing side to the prevailing side.
